Janeí Au’s practice is dedicated to employment law and workplace benefits. She has extensive experience litigating employment discrimination cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), and in arbitration. In addition to representing federal employees in these forums, she has successfully assisted clients in security clearance matters, including denials and revocations.
